Directions
STEP 1 In mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, sugar and oatmeal until well mixed.
STEP 2 Cut in 1/2 cup of butter.
STEP 3 Spread half of crumb mixture into a buttered 8 x 8 pan.
STEP 4 Cover with apples and top with the remaining crumb mixture.
STEP 5 Dot with 2 tablespoons of butter.
STEP 6
Bake at 350° F (175° C) for 40 minutes.
STEP 7 Cut into squares.
STEP 8 Serve warm topped with French Vanilla yogurt.
